Gamayun is a prophetic bird, with a head and a chest of a beautiful woman and a body of a bird, symbol of wisdom and knowledge. Its singing predicts the future for those who can hear it.
Gamayun is a messenger of gods and a heraldrum, she spreads divine messages and prophecies as she knows everything about the origins of earth and heaven, gods and heroes, people and monsters, beasts and birds.
The scream of the bird Gamayun heralds happiness and its shadow brings to anyone it falls majesty and immortality… at the same time, if the bird Gamayun flies from the East, it predicts a terrible storm… Gamayun can be useful and dangerous. Not all truth gives a man what he likes…

This artwork is created with acrylic paints and acrylic inks on canvas. The canvas is stretched on a wooden frame and of excellent quality. Sides are painted, framing is not required and the artwork is ready to hang. A layer of varnish protects the artwork against UV light and dust.

The painting will be safely packed in a cardboard box and dispatched within 14 working days from Germany.
